1. Who will pay for customs duty?
It is buyer who should pay customs duty.

2, LED Lighting use of the plug and voltage, is consistent with the normal use of my country standards?
Yes, we will be in accordance with the standards of electrical appliances in your country, to send you to meet the requirements of the plug, EU Plug, US plug, AU plug, UK Plug and so on.

3, What if I'm dissatisfied with the product?
So sorry to hear that. We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with the quality of your product. If you're unhappy with it, please contact our Customer Service who will be glad to help.
When contacting Customer Service Team, please give your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem, so we can prevent these problems in the future.

4. What do you declare goods to customs?
We declare it LED Lighting with lower price to help you pay less tax by default.

5. May I get repair warranty?
We have one-year warranty in China, if you do not take the led lighting apart.

1. We only accept Escrow on Aliexpress. and expect payment within 4 days of purchase.Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping  

1. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. All orders will be shipped from Our Factory by DHL:2-4 Days, UPSS:5-7 Days, UPSE:4-6 Days, FEDEX: 5-7 days.

2. We have much experience on making a lower value on the invoice to reduce the customs tax for you on your Importation. We will make the value to be LESS as a GIFT For YOU. If you have difficulty in doing your declaration, or you need to scan the less value page, please tell us, we do for you!   
 

4. We ship to Aliexpress’s address only, Please make sure your address in aliexpress is matched with your shipping address before you pay.  
 

5. Shipping Time:with 3days

We will take photos and videos and will send to your email before shipping, to check everything with you. After the inspection is ok, everything is ok, we will DELIVER the goods.

6.If you want to refund or you want to buy other products to replace the items you already payed, please tell us before shipping. 

We will TELL YOU the tracking number on the second day after shipping. 

7. If the goods is to Brazil, please kindly give us your CPF number, thanks in advance. 

8. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to biddingying.

9. Please keep the bill of shipping, if the items are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. All the goods when shipping at factory are in good conditions, please appeal to local carrier and ask for compensation within 3 days after received the goods.

10. Insurance. For big value goods, please buy insurance for shipping if you want. FREE SHIPPING is not including insurance fee.  Please contact us if need insurance. 

Returns  

1. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the date of confirmed delivery by Carrier. 

If items are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Refunds are available within 30 days of the original date of your receipt of the items. All refunds will have a 20% processing fee assessed, the outgoing shipping costs that we paid already and the freight of sending back will also be deducted from the refund total. 

3. Non-returnable Items

Used or damaged items, Items missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), used items, Labor and/or Installation Services, product itself that has been opened, customized orders.   

4. Please contact us before sending back.

5. Please contact us before you put a dispute or ask a partial refund/compensation. 

Warranty 

1. All products will have 3 years warranty. The led source/lamp is not included. All other spare parts will be free of charge during the warranty period, but the freight will be payed by the buyers. After the warranty, we give you spare parts at costs price and you pay the freight. 

Communication

1. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us by message on Aliexpress, chat online on TradeManager. We will reply your message within 12 hours.  

2. We are in contacting on weekends too. 

3. We ship lights from Sunday to Friday, don’t ship on Saturday.
